Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Returns:
  • If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit.
Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing time.
Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at hello@simrangrover.com to initiate the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item according to our refund policy.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.
